Diets formulated for growth and weight loss must change as the dog's physical size and metabolism changes and elimination diets (for food intolerances) must change each time a challenge food is introduced, becoming closer to optimal balance with each addition. Adult or senior dogs with known health conditions may benefit from frequently adjusted recipes to help alleviate symptoms coinciding with stage of disease (and help slow progression).
Rather than purchasing a new recipe each time a change is required, this service covers recipe adjustments and provides full unlimited support throughout the subscription period.​ The length of the subscription is determined upon intake and can be a few months to one year+.
